If you have not updated your address details follow the steps below or skip the next three steps.
Go to My Profile settings ->Profile Settings or Click Here
If you are on mobile click on your icon and go to Dashboard -> Go to My Profile settings ->Profile Settings
Fill up address, country, city, state
Click on Save Changes button
On top of any page, there is a check box labelled "Local" beside the search box.
Select the check box and search to get results from local hobbyists.
